REFERRAL RULES

REFERRAL RULES ARE VERY SIMPLE AND WE ARE NOT TRYING TO TRICK ANYBODY...

"Referral(s)" means any person(s) given by one particular individual as to file taxes through Gumax Accounting Services Company means "Gumax Accounting Services".

1. Referral rules only apply to individual returns.
2. Referrals must file both Federal and State Taxes through the Company.
3. Business Referrals will only apply to Business Returns, not to the Personal Returns.
4. Referrals must finalize tax filing procedures with IRS and their State(s) . IRS and State(s) must accept the tax filings from Referrals; any moneys due to the IRS/State(s) and/or any refunds from IRS/State(s) must be finalized before our rebate may be processed.
5. This offer is not valid in any State where it is deemed illegal by any regulatory office.
6. This offer is not valid if any federally regulatory office deems illegal.
7. This offer is transferable.your referral can bring three referrals for free filing.
8. Once a person is used as a Referral, he/she may not be used as a Referral again by anybody else.
9. Referrals may not use the same person(s) who referred them to the Company as Referrals.
10. Participants must obtain a notification from the Company to make sure that their Referrals have been registered.
